This is a PVC bobble that stands approximately 7.5" tall nice detailing, great corporate colors and a true advertising icon since 1974. A&W Root Beer began as a small stand in Lodi, California in 1919 selling a new rich and creamy drink concoction - root beer - an instant success at a nickel per glass mug. The response was overwhelming from the start so in 1971 A&W was made available on the grocery shelves where it continued to show tremendous success. In 1974 the A&W Root Beer mascot known as the "Great Root Beer" was introduced. This beloved bear has been serving up smiles and frosty mugs ever since, through advertising, merchandise and public appearances.
