UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS): orders that are to be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) that are received before noon EST will be shipped the same day. All UPS shipments can be tracked using your order/confirmation number that was sent to you via email when you placed your order. To check the progress of your UPS shipment only please revisit our site www.FadToys.com and click the button on top marked “Track Your Order” insert your order/confirmation number and you will be able to obtain your shipments location and approximate delivery date. Please note this should be done on the following business day after order is processed. UPS only delivers Monday through Friday and this service can not be used to ship to Post Office Boxes or APO address. The following are delivery guidelines provided by United Parcel Service; UPS Ground Delivery: 3 to 7 business days depending on location UPS Next Day: delivery can be expected on the next business day after order is processed. UPS Second Day: delivery can be expected on second business day or two business days after the order is processed. UPS Three Day: delivery can be expected on the third business day after the order is processed. US POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) SHIPMENTS: orders received on any given business day is processed and shipped on the next business day. Tracking is not offered for USPS shipments. Orders can be sent to APO & Post Office Boxes and are normally delivered Monday through Saturday.
